Order of Christian Initiation For Adults (OCIA), formerly known as Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA).
This is a program for individuals interested in becoming Catholic and receiving the sacraments of initiation: Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation.
Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. -
An Invitation to Adult Catechesis (OCIA)
Classes for the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA, formerly known as RCIA) and for Adult Confirmation will be starting in August 28, 2024.
OCIA is intended for unbaptized adults who wish to become baptized Catholics, for Christians who have been baptized in another Christian denomination and now wish to become Catholic, and for Catholics who were baptized but did not receive any additional Sacraments.The Adult Confirmation classes are for baptized Catholics who have received First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, but never received the Sacrament of Confirmation.

OCIA and Adult Confirmation Class Registration
Class Times
Class sessions will be offered on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm in Fatima-Gallagher Hall beginning August 28, 2024 and ending June 8, 2025.
Registration
There is no cost to participate. Registration for OCIA must take place before the first class starts. Sacraments will be received at the Mass of the Easter Vigil on Saturday, April 19, 2025.
