Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fry 1 dozen corn tortillas in hot oil and drain.
Place 6 tortillas to cover bottom of 13 X 9 inch pan.
Add 1 lb. ground beef (or chicken).
Add 1 small onion finely diced.
Add 1 can pinto beans.
Add l lb. longhorn cheese in slices to cover the top.
Cover with remaining tortillas.
Mix together 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can tomato soup and fresh green chili or 1 can of green chili and pour over the top of casserole.
