Welcome, Fr. Jacob Romero!

Fr. Jacob Romero was born in Santa Fe, NM and grew up in Los Alamos, NM and attended Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, where he received all his sacraments. At the University of New Mexico, he attended the Aquinas Newman Center and felt called to the priesthood. After three years of studying electrical engineering, he entered the seminary. He attended Mount Angel Seminary and studied philosophy for three years. Following graduation, he attended Theological College, the National Seminary of the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, for theological studies. He was ordained by Archbishop John C. Wester on May 18th, 2024 in St. Francis of Assisi Cathedral in Santa Fe, NM. We welcome to Fr. Jacob Romero to Our Lady of Fatima Parish.










 
















Fr. Joe Konkala has been assigned, as pastor, to St. Francis Xavier Parish in Clayton, NM. We would like thank him for his service to Our Lady of Fatima Parish and we pray for his future endeavors.
